1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acr44 ("acr44", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the acr44 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sportsbook, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on acr44, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

acr44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players or by a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current effective date is stated in the hero section at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the acr44 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. acr44 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may maintain only one registered account on acr44. Duplicate registrations are prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or contact details used.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or enforced by acr44. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any way.
• Mental capacity: You must not use the Platform while impaired by alcohol, medication, or any other substance that affects your ability to make informed gambling decisions.

acr44 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a concern arises. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. The Platform will be suspended for your account until satisfactory verification is received.

If acr44 determines that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or any subsequent transaction, the account will be closed immediately. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the original funding source. Any winnings accumulated will be voided and are non-withdrawable. acr44 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of acr44 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your preferred mobile financial service number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change after registration — including your mobile number or email address — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your login details to any other person. acr44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from a failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

acr44 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, that the registration is being used to circumvent a prior exclusion, or that registration conflicts with our fraud prevention policies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

acr44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your acr44 wallet in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the processing bank.
• acr44 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details held on your acr44 account.
• acr44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus balance is active may be subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before the withdrawal can be approved.
• acr44 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated are targets and not guarantees; exceptional circumstances including banking delays or compliance checks may extend processing times.

acr44 implements anti-money-laundering (AML) controls consistent with international best practices. Unusual transaction patterns — including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles with minimal wagering activity — may trigger a compliance review. During such a review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused pending the outcome of our investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

acr44 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagers; bonus funds are applied after the real-money balance is exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — see the specific promotion page for contribution tables.
• acr44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable time to meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults — whether intentionally or otherwise — are void. acr44 is not liable for winnings derived from such situations and may reclaim them.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

acr44 offers a sportsbook covering cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, alongside a live casino lobby and a slots and instant games section. The following rules apply across all product verticals:

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to acr44's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed.
• Bets are final once confirmed by acr44's system. Requests to cancel or amend a placed bet will not be accepted except at acr44's sole discretion in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, acr44's settlement rules for that market will apply as stated in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• acr44 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, insider information, or any other form of betting integrity breach.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Maximum payout amounts are displayed in the relevant market pages.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by real-time live dealer activity. acr44 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — acr44's technical team will investigate and resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's technical rules. Incomplete rounds will either be completed or voided; any stake placed on a voided round will be returned to your wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface. Players must wager within these limits at all times.
• Game history is recorded in your account dashboard. If you believe a game outcome has been incorrectly settled, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the event with the relevant game round reference number.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acr44 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an acr44 account.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets designed to systematically extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent (sometimes called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between acr44 and other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated click software, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with casino games on the Platform.
• Account sharing or transfer: Allowing any other person to access, use, or operate your acr44 account; selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing with your account as if it were a tradeable asset.
• Money laundering: Using the acr44 Platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling, in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering law.
• Harassment or abuse: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at acr44 staff or other players via any Platform channel including live chat.
• Circumvention of restrictions: Attempting to access the Platform following a self-exclusion or account closure, including by registering a new account or using a third party's account.

acr44 monitors Platform activity and employs a combination of automated detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, acr44 will take appropriate action without prior notice, which may include voiding wagers, forfeiting balances, permanently closing accounts, and sharing information with relevant law enforcement or financial crime agencies.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

acr44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have been dormant for 12 consecutive months without login activity may be classified as inactive; players will be notified by email before any administrative closure is applied.

Closure on player request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of active bonuses subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect within one hour of confirmation.

Closure by acr44 for cause: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, acr44 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the wallet balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the withheld balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, acr44 may forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions outlined in these Terms.

Dormant account policy: acr44 does not charge dormancy fees. However, following 12 months of inactivity, the account may be administratively closed with prior email notice. The balance will be preserved and returned upon the player's request by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of online gaming law and consumer protection. acr44 is committed to operating transparently and fairly. If you have a complaint about how your account has been handled, you may submit a formal complaint via email to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days of receipt.
